We’re Hiring! Two part-time Symposium Coordinator positions.

We are hiring two part-time Coordinators for Rebel Knowledge, our annual Social and Environmental Justice Symposium.

The 2025 symposium will take place February 7-9 and will focus on student power.

Throughout history students have been at the forefront of social change and an integral part of movements for social and environmental justice. Consider just a few: the free speech and anti-war movements of the ‘60s and ‘70s, Québec’s student strike to halt tuition increases in 2012, and struggles for divestment – from South African apartheid, from fossil fuels, and from companies involved in the genocide in Palestine. This year’s Rebel Knowledge Symposium will take a historical and practical look at students’ role in creating the future – on our campus, in our society, and in the world we share.
